As a small, independent business, our team is the heart of everything we do. Each holiday season, we make it a priority to slow down and give our crew the opportunity to spend meaningful time with their families and loved ones. After a busy year packing, shipping, and supporting our artists and customers, this short break allows everyone to recharge and come back refreshed for the year ahead.
During our holiday break, the XYZ Merchandise warehouse will be temporarily paused. Orders can still be placed as usual, but fulfillment and shipping operations will be on hold. Our team will be fully back and operational on January 2nd, at which point orders will begin processing in the order they were received.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
